ChocoCROCS are the ancestors of chocorocs: Wild&Run released a prototype of the chocoroc in 2018, which had a square shape. The weight was also out of the ordinary, as we opted for 60 grams, the equivalent of 2 classic bars.
These 60-gram squares are irresistible: melting and crunchy at the same time. A soft mass of dried fruit makes up the raw base. They are covered with a tempered chocolate couverture of min. 72% cocoa. The chocolate is sprinkled with walnut kernels, pistachios and a flavor: either candied orange or pink berry.
It is also possible to order chocoCROCS in 300 gram blocks, uncut. These blocks are easily sliced with a thin blade. Contact us by e-mail contact@alproxibio.be
