Ethiopia is a country steeped in history and home to some of the world’s finest coffees. That’s why it’s so difficult to choose just one Ethiopian coffee. The one from Benti Nenka caught our attention: floral, fruity, intense and harmonious ! For us, this is an Ethiopian favorite ! The washing station at Benti Nenka, in the heart of Guji, is home to 500 growers with farms of around 3 hectares filled with ancient varieties of coffee. Before the harvest, growers take care of their land by replacing old trees with new plants to obtain high-quality cherries. Once the cherries are ripe, they are hand-picked and dried on African beds according to the natural process. We hope you enjoy this coffee as much as we do !
